Truck-Mounted Drilling Rigs

.The rig is in four models: ZJ10, ZJ15, ZJ15, ZJ20 and ZJ30. It is self-propelled type truck-mounted rig which has the following advantages: it is easy to move, suitable for all road conditions and light and flexible in operation. It is applicable to workover and drilling services in shallow wells, medium-deep wells and slim-holes as well as sidetracking.

.The rig is mounted on the carrier of a self-propelled truck and equipped with CATERPILLAR engine and Allison hydraulic transmission driving carrier and drawworks, and main oil pump.

.The operation of the rig is controlled by a pneumatic system.

.The carrier is equipped with 5 axles:

2 front drive axles in which double front axles are steerable, 2 rear drive axles and 1 floating axle adjusting buffer. 4 hydraulic jacks are used for positioning and leveling the rig.

.The drawworks is equipped with a hoist drum w/LEBUS grooved jacket, and drum, push plate clutch, mechanical brake and hydraulic brake.

.The double telescoping mast is raised and lowered by one triplex ram jack and one telescope jack.

.The rig is also equipped with the following components: hydraulic cathead ram, drawwords, drilling floor, traveling hook, swivel and hose, rotary table, air slips, Kelly bushing, hydraulic tongs, deadline anchor, weight indicator, driller's control panel, walkway, ramp, guardrail and ladder.

.The following matching equipment for drilling rig can be supplied to users: mud pump, mud solids control system, BOP stack, generator set, camp, communications, common tools and safety equipment.

.The special products can be designed according to the requirements of users.

.The design of drawworks, mast and hoist system are accomplished in accordance with API specifications.

.The special testing apparatus is applied to the test of drawworks, mast, swivel, traveling hook and hydraulic system. And the rig set is tested on special testing site where the electric strain meter is used to monitor the stress of the mast and drawworks under static and dynamic loads.

.The strength of all structure parts is calculated with the finite element method.

.The quality management system is controlled by ISO9001 quality standard.
