.The main rig consists of drawworks, mast, hydraulic winch, diesel engine (or motor), hydraulic transmission, auxiliary brake, right angle drive case, rotary drive case and hydraulic/pneumatic control system.

.The mast can meet the requirements of the modern drilling technology and suit the high-speed diesel engine and hydraulic drive technique to make the integral rig compact.

.The pneumatic water-cooling auxiliary brake may be used as the general-purpose secondary brake and fitted with the corresponding control system to realize the automatic drilling operation.

.The rotary drive case functions the forward and reverse gear shift and suits the rotating action of various kinds of drill pipe thread. Besides, it may be fitted with the counter torque releasing device to ensure that the deformed drill pipe can be released safely during the drilling operation.

.The open front telescopic (two or three sections) mast without guylines can be raised or lowered and stretched out or drawn back by means of mechanical drive or hydraulic cylinders.

.The drill floor can be designed in accordance with customers' needs. The BOP stack mounted under the drill floor is convenient in use.

.The solids control system that contains purifying equipment and multiple tanks is advanced in processing technology and convenient in disassembly, assembly and transportation.

.Oil and water tanks are mounted on the one-piece skid. A driller's doghouse is mounted on the water tank into which the doghouse is placed before moving to reduce the vehicle number.

.The convenient transportation of the integral rig results in the less vehicle number and the short preparation time for disassembly and assembly.

.Diesel engine, Allison transmission, auxiliary brake, shale shaker, and main hydraulic/ pneumatic components are all imported from foreign country, therefore, the high reliability of the integral rig is achieved.

.The mast is furnished with the landing balance and the preventer to help drilling workers go up and down the mast, the monkey board with the emergency escaping device, the drawworks with the crown block protector and the emergency brake, all these can ensure the safety drilling operation.

.The high centralized degree of the drilling rig requires only 5~6 workers each shift and the small occupied area.

.In accordance with customers' requirements, the power unit may be AC FC drive or AC-SCR-DC drive.

.Compared with the foreign rig of the same kind, the sales price of this rig decreases by 30?~40?.
