Rotary Tables
Design Features:
The pinion and gear set is made of alloy steel.
The extension and its keyway of the pinion shaft all meet API Spec 7K.
The master bushing made of steel casting meets API Spec 7A in size. The pin drive is suitable for the roller bushing of API square Kelly or hexagonal kelly, the long or short slip is used. The rotary table features the full lubrication and the reliable seal.

Spiral Bevel Gear and Pinion Sets for Rotary Tables
Spiral bevel gear and pinion sets are made of high grade medium-carbon alloy steel and machined with special purpose machine tools with high precision. After specially heat treated, they have a surface hardness of over HRC45.
All gear and pinion sets are run-in checked in pairs with the special checker to ensure the high contact accuracy.
We can supply various sizes of spiral bevel gear and pinion sets of up to 1600mm in diameter and up to 24 in module. To ensure the assembly precision, we will supply them in pairs when delivering. |
